We had fun! Start to finish it was a real pleasure working with everyone along the way.  The whole team was very helpful and went above and beyond!  When we had difficulty deciding on a floor plan, they contacted a current homeowner and allowed us to tour and get a good feel for it before we made our final decision.  Rebecca was extremely efficient and easy to work with, and we also loved working with interior decorator, Kim! The whole process has been wonderful. 

Considering it had been 42 years since we last built, there were plenty of changes, all positive. We certainly appreciated the professionalism by the office during the building process. Both teams were able to get us quick responses to any questions. We were very excited about all of the choices we had from flooring, countertops, electrical etc. Designer Kim's help brought it all together beautifully and we are very anxious to enjoy our new home!  Many thanks.

"We made the right move when we decided to buy this condo. It is beautifully finished and quality built, with great sound proofing barriers between our unit and the one next door, and with plenty of window space to allow for sufficient lighting.  We love the quartz counter tops and the laminate flooring in our kitchen, the spacious walk-in shower and dual sinks in the master bedroom, and the convenience that a zero step home provides us.  Our home has a large finished bonus room above the garage and a four seasons room off the dining area, and these two spaces have become our favorite places in the house.  We love living in our new condo because it meets or exceeds all our needs. Everyone who visits our new home is very impressed with it, and we are so happy to be the owners."

"Building a new condo with T2 was a wonderful experience. I trust them completely. They have a "can do" attitude and were very helpful when I requested things that were a bit out of the ordinary. We love it here! My favorite space in the condo is the kitchen because it is the center of the home. Before actually living here, I wasn't sure if I'd like that aspect...but I LOVE it! The best part of the building process is that T2 and Kim work very closely with you throughout the selection process, as well as the actual building process, to be sure that 'what you want, is what you get'."

"Three words to describe our experience with T2: Happy, Effortless, Delighted.  The best part of the whole process was working with the contractor and subcontractors.  Our favorite part of our Condo is the sunroom because we can enjoy the outdoors when the weather isn't conducive to being outside. The shower in our condo is the best high quality upgrade we added.  Working with Kim the designer was easy and fun. I would recommend T2 to friends because working with them was so easy and they're so cooperative."

"We had a great experience working with T2 Construction. We wanted to build a custom condo and T2 Construction was very accommodating to make changes to their floor plans to make our vision occur. Mike VanKlompenberg, site manager for T2, and the sub- contractors were all hard working and very friendly. They always took time to answer any questions that we had. T2 Construction promptly followed up on any concerns and were willing to make changes during the construction process.

Throughout the building process, we were kept on track with the assistance of their designer, Kim. She guided us in picking out materials on a timely basis so it was never overwhelming. Kim was awesome! Kim had the experience in interior design which was invaluable to us! She was an essential part of the T2 team. She took the time to find out what design styles we liked, and did not try to influence us with her own preferences. There was not a limit on the amount of time that Kim was available to assist us in picking out flooring, lighting, cabinets, appliances, paint colors, etc.

We would not hesitate to use T2 Construction again or to refer them to any of our friends."
